MJCBY is forming a walking group!
Walking can improve your overall fitness and cardiovascular health. Just 30 minutes a day can lower blood pressure, maintain weight and improve cholesterol.
Meet up with old friends or make new ones by getting to know each other as you walk.
Where to meet: Patriot’s Path at Speedwell Avenue Entrance (Speedwell Park)
