Newsletter Submission Schedule

“MJCBY News” focuses on promoting upcoming events and promoting use of advertisers. Events that have already taken place should not be described in the text, but we encourage you to submit a photo of that activity, along with a caption.
Flyer images on events will no longer be part of the newsletter. You may continue to submit flyers and we will post them on the website, but please provide a separate summary of any “flyer events” with the following information that we can use in the newsletter:
- Name of event
- Who is sponsoring the event, eg, Adult Education, Life Long Learning, Religious School, etc.
- Date and time
- Brief description (maximum 50 words)
- Cost, if applicable
- How to register, contact name (with phone or email), RSVP date
In order to meet the bulk mailing deadline, information for the newsletter needs to be submitted no later than the end of the first week of the month BEFORE. Submit information to Rita email@example.com
When creating flyers, in addition to the information above, be sure to include the MJCBY address, website address and logo. Email flyers to firstname.lastname@example.org.
