A program unique to MJCBY, Sababah is bridges the gap between family programming and Kadima. The goal is to add to your child’s life an experience that connects their Jewish identity through group activities in most socialized environment. Geared for grades 3-4-5!


Often building on preschool connections made at the Shalom Yeladim–Judie Gerstein Early Learning Center and in the early years at our Religious School, the children are very excited for their first social activity without parents! The group meets monthly for Jewish activity, typically staying at MJCBY after Sunday school. There are also evening parties, holiday celebrations, movie nights and trips to Jewish destinations throughout the year.
