HOLISTIC APPROACH TO RESILIENCE AND WELL-BEING

Resilience is the key to managing stress and living at one’s highest potential. This presentation offers evidence-based tools that can easily be incorporated into busy lives. These holistic tools promote resiliency, positive well-being and optimal living.

Sunnie Mortimer BSN, RN, HWNC-BC is a board certified Holistic Nurse and Nurse Coach. She is a certified Holistic Stress Management Instructor, and teaches individual and group classes in holistic stress management. Sunnie is certified in a brain training system called Interactive Metronome, a multi-session program designed to facilitate brain improvement in adults and children. Additionally, Sunnie is an acupressure practitioner of Jin Shin Jyutsu.
